I wrote to them on Sunday night and had a reply on Monday ... i was also told they hadn't received my email ...and asked for my phone number to discuss it .
I replied to her by forwarding the email i had originally sent back as a reply to WEM plus phone number for her to ring me ... i had a call this morning and she was just insisting my email hadn't been received ... and there was nothing they could do about it .. and basically anyone that hadn't received their prize by now wasn't going to ..which i find quite disappointing from a company like M&S
I could maybe understand if just my email reply had disappeared into cyberspace... i could put it down to server error or something ... but it seems there was quite a few "went missing" which i find really odd ....somethings not right ?0
