    I do think the market is lobsided from fairly obvious measures taken by large central banks. That would swing round to who sets a price, the customer or the producer. At present debtors set the cost of debt

    Its quite surprising a utility is a similar rating to a high finance company, I guess they have a large amount of debt to manage.
    Surely water as a product to sell and manage is fairly certain but maybe they are doing an awful job of it
