Barclaycard 1/2 price on balance transfer

Hi!

I wonder whether any MSE members got the offer, even their applications were approved before the promotion started.

Background: I applied for Barclaycard Balance Transfer about 2 weeks ago. My application was accepted before the 1/2 price campaign started. I contacted Barclaycard to ask if I am included in the offer and they regrettably informed a straight "No, ..."

sounds about right, BT's confirm the rate at the time put through..

Had they put the rate up would you have offered to pay more?

I forgot to update. I called Barclaycard again after I created this thread, and they agreed to refund half of the balance transfer fee. - Closed
