Instant email subscription on heavily modified thread

Hi,
I've subscribed to the following thread: /showthread.php?t=606589
This gets updated very regularly, and furthermore, posts get deleted very regularly to keep the thread short and to the point.
I'd like instant email notifications for that thread, but I think the deletions cause issues with that..
Anyone have any suggestions as to how to stay up to date?
