It sounds as if your messages weren't getting through.

This may be due to your email provider... or theirs. It's safer to use ASQ if there is any doubt about responsiveness!

Why not try an ASQ to try to straighten things out? There's not much you can do about your delivery at this stage, but they might like to know that people are having trouble reaching them.

Edit: another thought. Have you checked your outbox to confirm that your emails weren't going to 'usetheyellowbutton.com'? (This used to be the default email address if you clicked on the button in the email - you're meant to go via My Messages... but I"m not sure if it still does this)

Thanks Fay, I thought maybe I am being a little grumpy about it, although I did use three differant ways of messaging As I say the seller does seem really nice, but due to a further cimplication with the purchase I am going to take this post down until its resolved!
