Ideas for family long haul please

I'm trying to think of ideas for my next long haul holiday. We're a family of 4 (children will be 2 and 6). I don't want my children to take too much time out of school so would be looking at easter or summer 2014. I have loads of Avios, so somewhere BA goes would be ideal (subject to availability of course). We have been to mauritius twice with dd and loved it. Went to Sharm (sultan gardens) and HATED it (food, drink, atmosphere). We're not really into partying but enjoy nice food and drink. We'll need a room with enough space for 4. Our budget would be around £4k all inclusive for 12 nights or £2k room only (excluding flights).
Thoughts so far are
1) Barbados, but not sure if the all inclusive would be too limited, or I could find luxurious enough accomodation for my budget with a decent kids club.
2) Riviera Maya, but concerned too much of a party atmosphere, too much sickness, too similar to Sharm. Hotels look amazing though.
3) Beaches Turks and Caicos, but we could probably only afford in August
4) Dubai - too bling?
5) Back to Mauritius
