Hi all

I posted about a month ago about receiving a letter from Gladstone solicitors telling me I had 28 days to pay for the PCN, which as I mentioned was received when someone at work used my husbands company car. As advised I ignored the letters but have today received a final claim notice telling us we have 7 days to pay or it will be sent to county court judgement. I'm really worried and wonder whether I will have to pay this to avoid the court although my husband definitely was not driving. Has anyone else received similar???

Have a look on the parking tickets board (at the top of this one). You'll see loads of people in the same boat. Hopefully the other threads should explain everything to you.

Best advice I can give you is to post at http://forums.pepipoo.com/ - they are excellent at giving advice and have a wealth of experience. hth

edit: oh - and i have nothing to do with them on a commercial basis but have benefited from their advice in the past.
