Transfer money to a new account ?

I'm currently with Barclays but in the future I want to open an account with Cater Allen, but they do not have a branch to deposit my money, and they require a £5,000 initial deposit.

If I closed my Barclays account and had my cash in hand, how would I get it to my new Cater Allen account ? I can't currently provide a link to their website since I'm a new member, but feel free to check out their website to see if you can help me find out how to do this.

I currently pay £25 a month for my Barclays account, and Cater Allen charge nothing as long as you keep a balance of over £5,000, and if it drops bellow that, it's only an £8 per month charge, even if that happens, I'd still save over £200 a year.

The sterling account requires only £5,000 deposit, the private bank account requires £100,000 and the Prestige requires £25,000.

You can pay your money in via any Royal Bank Of Scotland branch. You will be issued with a VISA Deferred-Debit card (subject to status)

Also to make you aware they are part of Santader group too.

All this you would have found out by visiting there website and looking at the account specifics and opening the little PDF's they provide about each account.
Time is a path from the past to the future and back again. The present is the crossroads of both.
