Ideas please for architrave in contemporary bathroom

Changing a 25y old bathroom.
Will have a contemporary feel (duravit sanitaryware, porcelanosa tiles etc etc).
The door to the bathroom has ogee architrave.
I can't help feel that this wont look right when the tiles are put on.
I would really value some suggestions for options regarding the architrave. This only applies to the fitting around the inside of the bathroom door.
