Conservatory floor damp proofing

I have an unlevelled concrete conservatory floor, I'm unsure if it has a damp proof membrane. it is below the house and conservatory wall DPC level by an average of 100-150mm. Can I lay a membrane on top of the existing floor and then lay additional concrete on top to raise and level the floor up to the DPC?
