Voucher arrived, but is apparently incompatible with 4 for £20 game promotion, but having tried to then choose a game additionally for £19.99, and another for £12.99, I was told the price would be £27.98! Grrr!0

I signed up on 13 June, so first payment made on 13 July. No sign of voucher so I emailed on 16 July - no reply, so I emailed again on 26 July. Still no reply - but my voucher arrived 30 July! Not the best customer service handling, but at least I got there in the end.
FWIW I had problems checking out - it kept timing out at the credit card validation stage for the £1 I'd spent over the voucher value (I tried a mastercard and visa, both failed) - had problems last night and this afternoon, but I've just successfully made my purchase
So hopefully everyone should get their vouchers and be able to use them - but good luck if you need to get some help from customer services0 -
I got mine on 30th July and used it yesterday.
Couple of things:
- your basket will only hold 10 items. I logged in thinking that was the problem but you're limited to that no matter what.
- the 4 for £10 and similar deals didn't apply. I tried to find some small-print or asterisk taking you to "cannot be used in conjunction with other offers". I wasn't massively disappointed by that seeing as I still got a season of 30 Rock and 8 films for £3.95. :money:I used to have my Avon turnover (sales) here. They've been removed because it's not appropriate to talk about those kinds of sales as if they're realistic for a new Rep to aim for.I signed up at the right time, right place, and was very lucky.

It's left me really narked. The customer service has been appalling, I can understand the high demand overwhelmed the callcentre, but there is really no excuse for no return emails. Currently I have had one reply for four sent. I wouldn't have even minded if it stated the vouchers could not be used in conjunction with...but it doesn't.
Its an absolute shambles - the ridiculous thing though is that I quite liked the idea of the service, and if it hadnt been such a mess, I would have probably continued it, as it stands, I am going to cancel on Friday.0
