Getting a bit annoyed with eBay seller now!

I bought a dress on eBay in the 29th June. Hadn't received it and it hadn't been marked as dispatched so I sent the seller a message last Friday asking if had been dispatched. Never got a reply so opened a case on sunday. I then get an email saying they had been ill and did I still want the item, while they refunded me at the same time. I do really want the item so I said yes I'd still have it and would pay again if they could dispatch it that day as I need it for the weekend. So paid Monday and sent them a message today asking if it had now been send and no reply ggrrrrr:mad:

Being optimistic I'm hoping it will turn up, but what can I do if it doesn't? The eBay case has been closed, so can I make a claim through PayPal?.

This is the last time I'm giving someone on eBay the benefit of the doubt!

If the item's still showing on your list of purchases you could leave negative feedback so that other potential buyers are aware. If you've given consent for the transaction to be cancelled and the item's no longer showing on EBay that might be a bit trickier..:(
