Barclaycard Platinum Balance Transfer Card

I applied for this online after seeing it advertised on MSE. I got accepted but for an slightly higher apr of 19.9%. However I didn't realise that I had to click yes or no to the offer. I didn't notice until about an hour later. When I clicked on yes it said it had time out. So I assumed that I had to start everything from scratch.

I completed the application again and it then asked me to create a passcode, password etc which I did. It then said I had to wait 5 days for a decision.

I then phoned up to explain and see if there is anything they could do they said they couldn't help me with my application and that I should just leave it until tomorrow and then call them again. This doesn't ring true to me. Surely if they can help me tomorrow then they can help me today.

Bit concerned that I may now have to wait 6 months in between applications.

Any help would be appreciated.
