Broken Bed No Refund

Well after zero communication they sent the correct parts almost a week after they said they would, on top of the wooden support bar that they sent so in theory I have all the parts I need to make the bed work. It's just a shame I don't need it anymore! C'est la vie! Thank for all of your help.

You could send them a letter and remind them they failed to remedy the situation within reasonable time, an alternate remedy has already been sought by you and the goods are still available for collection and refund required. Depends how much of a fight you want though0
