Hi
We are visiting london in September to see Kensington Palace. As we getting to london about 10 and then staying overnight we would rather take our luggage to Kensington first and then on to the hotel.
What is the cloakroom like at Kensington? Will they take small suitcases?
Thanks
Karen

From their website...Will there be anywhere I can leave my heavy bags or my pushchair/buggy?
Yes, the new Kensington Palace has a dedicated Cloakroom which you are free to use at your own risk, there are lockers for smaller items and security loops to secure luggage, buggies and coats. All need to be operated with a £1 coin, which is returned. If your luggage is oversized, you will be asked to open it for security checks.
Pushchairs/buggies are allowed around the palace and you can use the new lift to all floors.0 -
Thanks - Sorry I should have said I had read the site but wasn't sure if they had a restriction on size of luggage. Has anyone used the cloakroom and left larger items?0

Well you originally asked about small suitcases, and my quote from their website indicates that oversized items are acceptable.
Based on that, it is reasonable to assume that your luggage will be accepted.
If you want a more definite answer, can I suggest you ring them.
