TalkTalk Offer fulfilled

Hi,
I signed up for a TalkTalk Essentials package with a £50 Tesco voucher via the MoneysavingExpert site.
We duly received the emails confirming the order and the advised "go live" date. We were advised to just relax and everything would be taken care of and the upfront payment was duly charged to my credit card.
A few days before the go live date no router had arrived and so we called the hepline to find out what was happening.
We were told there had been a problem and the order and we would have to re-place the order and start the whole process again. We were assured that the orginal offer would be honoured and so placed the new order and were then put through to the "Loyalty Team" to resolve the question of the voucher.
To cut a long story short, after 3 very long calls and endless repeating of the problem and assurances that the voucher would be sent nothing has arrived.
Around a month ago I wrote to the Senior Director of Customer Services in London, who had sent the initial welcome letter and still have not received a reply.
My question is - just how do you get in touch with anyone who can do anything to resolve the problem and honour their original deal?
Any suggestions gratefully received!
Thanks

They probably will not honour the deal now without aggro which will wipe out the value of the voucher.
Write to them and give them 28 days to fulfill the deal or you will consider they have cancelled. Keep a copy and prepare for a fight as they trash your credit record.Hi, we’ve had to remove your signature. Give up. The telephone staff peddle a load of of lies. The place another order ruse is one of many. It just gets you off the phone, it won't resolve anything.0 -
