Go to https://www.thewholesaleforum.co.uk - there are some ebay templates for as little as £9.99 available in the marketplace section.

Do you want a page for your shop or your listings? Personally I would invest the money in a listing template first as that is going to be seen by more people than your shop. You only have to buy one listing template and then you can use it for as many listings as you like.

Of course having matching templates for your shop and listings is ideal.

The shop is more a hobby to stop me getting bored, not fussy on having hundreds of sales.. couldn't cope if I did have :) I'm happy with the shop as is, but wanted one custom "landing page", and I can't do it :)

If you want a custom page attached to the shop then that is different (and much more simple) than a shop template. What do you actually want the custom page to show?

If you are not making that many sales do you really need to be paying £14.99 a month for a shop? If your sales are low then you may not be benefiting from paying the extra for the shop.

Re the shop, I think so... just because it lets me list more items at a lower price. Plus you can add the link to cards and flyers and emails...whereas with separate listings that's impossible.
I'm thinking to keep it going until xmas, then count the ins & outs :) -
If it's a huge loss then I'll close it - but if it pays it's way then I'll keep it. Most people pay money for their hobbies and this is mine :D

I don't know how accurate it is but someone on the community board said you need 50 individual BIN listings per month to make a shop worthwhile- otherwise normal BINs and auctions is cheaper.

There are other benefits. The biggest one is the fact that it gives you access to using the Good Til Cancelled function which is a must have if you continuously sell lots of the same item(s)
