Need to ask a few questions with regard to working for them.

Yes very funny. I don't think I will bother responding to those helpful messages.Grab life by the balls before it grabs you by the neck.0

Why not just ask your questions?
They may not be specific to Barclays. Also you will have to name which part, and which department to get a good answer.
Unless the question is something general.
EDIT - I don't work there btw, just sticking my nose in.0 -
I just want to know what it is really like to work in a branch as a Personal Banker.Grab life by the balls before it grabs you by the neck.0

Sales pressure.
What did you sell them? Did you get a credit card with that? How many <insert current focus product name> have you got today? Can you come in on your day off? If you don't write £30k in loan business by Friday I'll have to put you on an informal action plan.
Our customer satisfaction results were poor. What are you going to do about it? How many are you going to sell today? Why didn't you get them? What are you going to do differently tomorrow to make up that shortfall?
Well done on hitting your targets. You won't get a bonus this month quarter because we've failed our risk audit.

One of the Lloyds TSB processing centres used to have something called a "Reasonable Expectancy" on processing items, such as DD's etc.
What was being asked for was far from reasonable. :-)0 -
Natwest/RBS is the same. Just wanted an idea before I decided to jump into the frying pan, and I think you have made my mind up for me. Thank you.Grab life by the balls before it grabs you by the neck.0
