Asda credit card online access

Hi, just wondering if anyone is having trouble with Asda online manager. They seem to have been updating their website and when I log into my account which I have been using for years it now says I have to activate my card and does not let me in.
I have called them but their security questions are rediculous - I cannot possibly answer some of the questions without access to my account information which is the problem - just wondering if this is a problem particular to me or whether others are having problems and how have you resolved them. Really frustrating!

Yes, they seem to have canceled card access while they send out a new card.

It had no link, It was not to long and I have no idea why.0 -
I saw this thread and logged in to my (nil balance, not used since february) Asda credit card.
It has changed a bit but there are clear instructions for cards that were taken out before or after July 2012.
I logged in first time with no problems......so maybe the update is finished and you can now login?
