i'm not sure what the reason is, whether the brand are having a big advertising push there, but an item i sell (certain brand hooded sweatshirts) have been selling like hot cakes to australia.
i've sold my entire stock in the last 2 weeks and every single one (57 of them) have been sold to australia. now i know that you might get clusters in certain countries, but all 57 to the same country?
i've had australian buyers emailing me asking when they'll be back in stock.
what's going on?

it's spelt d-e-f-i-n-i-t-e-l-y
there - 'in or at that place'
their - 'owned by them'
they're - 'they are'
it's bought not brought (i just bought my chicken a suit from that new shop for £6.34)

Perhaps a celeb is wearing it there, or it's featured on some TV programme.
I had an item that sold only to Australia, couldn't shift one to anyone anywhere else, I was always amazed given the postage costs that they couldn't source them cheaper there. As someone pointed out, the Australian economy is in far better shape than most of the rest of the world..0 -
It could be that someone posted about it on a local forum or newsboard and everyone who read it rushed to buy one. I know from relatives in Australia and New Zealand that a lot of things are hard to get over there and even if they are its often cheaper to ship them from the UK than buy locally. I sell certain items regularly to Aus and charge less for shipping from the UK than the local sellers charge for internal postage!
Get some more stock in quick - and if you're not planning to do that, message me what the item is
