What sort(s) of tradesperson/etc do I need for these jobs?

Our surveyor (for the property we recently bought) identified work that needed doing. I'm more than a little simple when it comes to practical matters, so please forgive what is no doubt a naïve question, but: Should I be looking for a builder, roofer and/or others in combination for the below work?
GARAGE (brick construction under tiled roof)
* The cement pointing to the ridge needs to be renewed.
* The gutter to the front of the garage to be extended edge of the roof.
* The barge boards are slightly twisted - to be replaced.
MAIN WALLS
* There is some hairline cracking at the junction with the garage (to the rear) that needs local re-pointing
MAIN ROOF AREAS
* The cement pointing to ridge tiles is weathered & repointing necessary.
EXTERNAL JOINERY
* The barge board to the front of the property needs to be re-fixed.
INDOORS
* Removal of air vent in lounge through to conservatory (for previously installed gas fire/back boiler, now removed).
CHIMNEYSTACKS AND FLASHINGS
(One chimneystack with one cowling, and one flue)
* There is some minor hairline cracking to mortar joints that needs repairing
* Minor resealing of lead work
Also, our back boiler has been removed from the chimney (leaving the lined flue, and some type of cowl which I think is a gas cowl) - the better half wants to use the open space left as some form of cupboard - I would *assume* a builder or handyman would be the way to go for this - please correct me if I'm wrong! So, three related questions:
(1) Am I right in assuming I will need the cowl removed and a chimney cap installed,
(2) If so is it better to look at a chimney sweep or someone who specifically deals with flue systems?
(3) Should the chimney liner stay in place or be removed?

a good jobbing builder could do all of those things, however the roof work will require a roof ladder so this maybe better left to a roofer, a sweep won't remove the liner.I'm only here while I wait for Corrie to start.

yes if you don't need it & then the chimney can be capped to prevent water ingressI'm only here while I wait for Corrie to start.
