hi sent off my ppi claim form to rbs about miss sold ppi on my credit card, they sent aletter saying that they could not do anything and that i should send forms to the ppi company.Can they do this or are they fobbing me off????????

No bank will suggest going to a Claims Management Company.0 -
It could be the insurance company that did the PPI, although why they are suggesting this I don't know.
