Personal assistant - what services would you like?

Looking at my life and others I believe theres a possibility for making a few £'s by being a on hire personal assistant/concierge. I'm continually working arranging all sorts of things for my current work and workmates. If I hear another Sam how can you fix this? how do I do that or where can I get I'll explode. It seems swe could all do with a bit more time and some business' and people would be willing to pay to have certain services/purchases arranged. The key here would be cornering the correct market and packaging this service correctly.
I'm looking for ideas on what services you would look for or even would wish could get done for you in both your personal and business life.
Things I've thought about so far are and I've kind of broken them into areas:-
- arranging travel and ticket bookings (preparing a portfolio of possibilities/prices in say 2 hours)
- fulfilling gift lists and finding hard to locate items (Wii anyone?), wrapping the items if desired.
- being the point of contact for companies business guests and visitors visiting the city I wish to set this up in
- taking to deal with all matters concerned with say booking a tradesperson - booking, being there for them
- some kind of bill keeping service/account management
Has anyone got any further ideas as to services I can offer? I'm a long way off bringing this business to fruition but I reckon theres money in the ability to hire a pa for say half an hour to a longer period.

Posting items, picking items up at suppliers, getting new suppliers, getting free samples to try out new suppliers.0

Dry cleaning, taking to and from.
Restaurant booking as well as doctors, dental and hospital appointments.
Waiting in all day for tradesmen etc to turn up!
For a builder it would be having a list of materials and phoning builders yards etc and getting prices, deliveries sorted etc.0 -

I'd love someone to pay cheques into my account for me as I'm out of the UK for business quite a bit at the moment, and to reply to urgent emails. If you decide to do it..pm me and we'll talk!0 -
Lots of good ideas here. Have to get my thinking cap on with regards to things like banking cheques as i used to work for a business bank. Things like payroll are do-able as are bill paying services if I arranged a mandate on a business account - does anyone know if this could be done as well on a personal account i.e. joe bloggs can sign cheques up to the value of say £250?
If I was launching it would be in September/October as it would be presumbaly the busiest and best time to launch given Christmas is coming up.0 -

I need someone to ensure my teenage son does his GCSE coursework on schedule, and hands over any letters from school. This is a thankless task, but one faced by many parents all over the UK ... Anyone who can do this without consider violence or resorting to shouting is OFFICIALLY a saint ...Signature removed for peace of mind0

i have a nice little service which i use which would probably be popular with a lot of busy people.
When I am out of the office I have my phone messages briefly texted to me so I can return important stuff immediately. Clients love it when my assistant says I am not available but they will pass on the message, I get messsage about 2 mins later and if I can (or want to) call them straight back.0
