Online Car Insurance Quotes
Have been searching thru the various compare insuarance quotes. They all seem to be online these days. The trouble is, if you want to ask a question regarding your details on the quote, you probably loose your discount for doing it online. ie my best quote came up on Swift Online. But there isnt a help number. I need to get a quote with a gaurenteed protected no claims, because I have had 2 claims within 5 years. I cant seem to get that quote off them! Or do I have to bite the bullet and accept my original renewal from LV.(who I have to say have been very good, I have no axe to grind with them, other than the ramping up of prices). Any comments please:beer:

Your claims history obviously differs from mine (I'm 10+ years luckier) but while several insurers advertise that they don't appear on comparison sites, I still feel a bit of comparison doesn't hurt.
My insurer jacked up my renewal premium, so I went online- this time in my wife's name as we have an identical no-claim history (she as a named driver on my policy) and found a policy £150 cheaper... with the same company! Then I rang 'em up and haggled them down- rather than walking away (I felt loyal as they'd been amazingly efficient and helpful after a 'no-fault' cancellation of a claim when my car was recovered undamaged after a theft).
So yes- do shop around0
