Premier Inn complaint help needed

Actually wouldn't recommend complaining direct to the hotel. We complained while we were there but got nowhere. Complaining via the email address I gave goes via Whitbread. They ask the actual hotel for details but the response and decision to refund or whatever comes via them.

That's a shame, we use the Premier Inn regularly and though we have never complained as such, when they've asked us if we've had a good night, if we haven't had a good night sleep, we have said no for various reasons, they have always then offered us a free night on their good night sleep guarantee, it's always been refunded there and then with no problems. Hope you get a satisfactory response soon.
