Not received delivery although tracking says I have...

An item I bought off ebay has not arrived, but the tracking (recorded delivery) states "delivered - no signature." Contacted royal mail but they are being pretty useless about it all. No card left, not with neighbours or anything like that either.
Just wondering where I stand - is there any point raising a PayPal claim? Will the tracking information mean I automatically lose?
Seller not being much help either, although can't say I blame them as as far as they can see it looks like it's arrived...only it hasn't! :mad:

All you can do is keep hassling the RM as Far as the seller and Paypal are concerned you have received it. If the item is below £150 in value (which I assume it is) the tracking doesn't need a signature for paypal just confirmation of delivery.

Guess I'll have to hope it ends up getting returned to sender and they do the decent thing and refund me then

Have you checked on RM website about compensation, I'd chase it if I were you, how can they prove delivery with no signature?
I don't know though what it says for recorded compensation.

My Royal Mail Tracked are POD with no signature.
