1. The promotion is a prize draw to win the prize described below (Promotion).

2. Employees of First Drinks Brands Limited (Promoter), WM Morrison, or any company within the same group of companies as the Promoter, and their immediate families, their agents or anyone professionally associated with the Promotion (Associates) are not allowed to enter.

3. To enter the Promotion, simply purchase one of the following brands in any size of bottle from a Morrisons store:
• Grant’s Family Reserve;
• Green Mark;
• Sailor Jerry;
• Taboo;
• Cointreau;
• Passoã; and
• Tullamore D.E.W
(together, the “Brands”) and insert your details into the registration form found at www.morrisons.co.uk/competitions (the Registration Form), answer the question for the Promotion correctly and click submit.

4. The prize is for one winner to receive a Gas BBQ (RRP £599.99) and £500 Morrisons vouchers to put towards their BBQ party (Main Prize). The Main Prize consists of: one gas BBQ (worth £599.99), £500 Morrisons vouchers and one 70cl bottle of each of the Brands.

5. There are also 100 runner-up prizes of summer drinks kits to be won worth £20 (Runner-Up Prize). The Runner-Up Prize consists of: one 70cl bottle of one of the Brands, an ice cube tray, one bottle of soft drink e.g. cloudy lemonade, a stirrer and a glass.

6. There is one Main Prize and 100 Runner-Up Prizes in total available for the entire Promotion. The Promoter is not responsible for any other costs not specifically included as being provided above.

7. The Promotion is open to anyone who is a resident of the United Kingdom and is over the age of 18 years old only. To claim the Main Prize or a Runner-Up Prize, the winner/runners-up must provide proof of age.

8. The closing date for the Promotion and the Registration Forms to be received by the Promoter is 23:59 on 05/08/12. The Promoter’s decision about whether a Registration Form has been received in time will be final.

9. Only one entry per person is allowed. Any third party entries, multiple entries or entries submitted by agents will not be accepted.

10. The winner of the Main Prize will be the first name drawn at random by an independent judging organisation (whose decisions are final in all respects) from the database of all the filled out Registration Forms submitted before the closing date. The subsequent 100 names drawn will be the runners-up for the Promotion who will each receive one Runner-Up Prize. The draw will take place on 13/08/12.

11. The Promoter will use reasonable efforts to notify the winner/runners-up by email before 23:59 on 27/08/12. The winner/runners-up must respond to this email within 14 days or he/she will automatically be disqualified and another winner will be chosen. This process may be repeated as often as necessary.

12. Purchase is necessary to enter the Promotion and claim the Main Prize/Runner-Up Prize. You will be required to produce proof of purchase to claim the Main Prize/Runner-Up Prize (i.e. an itemised Morrisons till receipt).

13. Substitution or transfer of the Main Prize by the winner or the Runner-Up Prize by the runners-up is not permitted. The Promoter has the right to substitute a Main Prize/Runner-Up Prize of similar or greater value for reasons outside its control. The Main Prize/Runners-Up Prize, is awarded “as is”, with no express warranty or guarantee.

14. The name and region of the winner/runners-up may be obtained after the date of the draw by sending a stamped self-addressed envelope detailing your request and the name of the Promotion to: First Drinks Brands Limited, Form One, 17 Bartley Wood Business Park, Bartley Way, Hook, RG27 9XA.

15. The winner and the runners-up may be required to participate in reasonable publicity connected with the Promotion.

16. The Promoter will only use personal data submitted by entrants in accordance with its Privacy Policy https://www.grantswhisky.com/privacy/en.html.

17. The Promoter's decision on all aspects of this Promotion is final.

18. The Promoter has the right to refuse to award the Main Prize/Runner-Up Prize to anyone whom it reasonably believes is in breach of any of these terms.
