So are they being funny ? i find it insulting i have emailed the MD who has relied saying it was a name error they have similar compliant with another client .
I say i find this hard to accept and think they are being funny ! i then get a email back from the compliance officer saying there have a customer called Crock and they used the template letter to me and didnt change his name to mine ? But the letter was to Crook not Crock ?
Am i being unreasonabe or do you think this company is totally inept and how would you proceed if you were me ?
Its Slanderous and insulting for one ?
I never asked this company to contact me and until i got the phone call out of the blue to say they had discussed my pensions with out my knowledge i didnt know they existed ! now i just iinfuriated by there total lack of professionalism

What would you do next ?

I would take the £200 and consider transferring your business elsewhere.
