Have already posted this on the "up your income" forum but thought i'd ask you guys too.
Soo we've stupidly run out of money this week...however need £50 odd for travel to a job interview and food.
Don't really have any friends/family I can ask.
Only thing worth any real money is my mobile, other than that I have some odd CDs, DVDs and books I can sell..
Any other suggestions would be greatly appreciated

Dog walking for neighbours? You could knock on doors and ask - they can only say no, but with the rubbish weather some people might pay you to do it so they don't have to go out in the rain?0

Try selling your stuff on the Facebook local selling pages or your local netmums? Dont think you will get alot though for cd/dvds.0

Well how much is required for food and how much for travel to/from job interview.
If I were you I would sell what you can to get to/from your job interview.
And see if there's a food bank in your area for food (what area of the country are you in?) - here's the link to one organisation, but there are others: http://www.trusselltrust.org/0 -
Have you queried with the org that you have an interview with will re-imburse you for travelling to the interview?
Some places do and Perhaps if worse comes to the worse and you have to ask family to help then at least you know you'll be able to pay it back as soon as you've been reimbursed0 -
Gardening and garden maintenance for neighbors, family friends etc, might even turn out to be a regular thing!0

pawn some stuff, sell your gold, get a payday loan0

get a payday loan
Do not get a PDL ..... honestly, easiest way for debts to spiral out of control (and very quickly).
Try selling anything you can - Gum*tree, E*bay, Cash*generators etc.
How long is it until you next get money?
How many people is it to feed?
How much is the travel to the interview?
Sorry for the questions, but knowing how long it needs to last & how many people to feed will help with suggestions.Grocery Challenge £211/£455 (01/01-31/03)
2016 Sell: £125/£250
£1,000 Emergency Fund Challenge #78 £3.96 / £1,000Vet Fund: £410.93 / £1,000

Huge plus one - never get yourself in debt to get to a job interview; this is basically what I did, and it just has the possiblity to make the situation worse. If it's just a week to week thing, consider contacting the company and asking if you can re-schedule your interview if you really can't get the money, or if you are on JSA ask about getting a crisis loan from them to get you to the interview... But as I say, you have to go out of your way for a job these days, but if you're not working, don't go out of your pocket

There is not an easy way to do this.
As people have said the interview is important, yet again what if that doesn't pay off.
It's a really difficult situation to be in, I always look at what I could have done differently and avoid being in that situation again by making changes.
I know that the future is not something that you are looking at now, as you need to get through today so to speak.
Payday loans are always bad ideas, however if they are used correctly they can help. It's people that take the loans that cause the problems and not the loan. Yes they charge a huge amount and push these things in your face, but we can all be responsible if we choose to be, and yes sometimes people are not as you can see with my signature.
Pawning the items seems a alternative to payday loans, as you seem to be in a position to return the amount (as you have said it's an overspend this month)
I'd also look at what I have spent, if you can take anything back, cancel something to get a refund or if you have been charges fees, maybe see if they will give them back as a one off. For example I stayed at a hotel, I complained a week later and got £250 + back.
Hope all is okay for you in the end
