Last Minute,com/ Tesco Holidays

Just a note of warning,booked a holiday with Tesco holidays in May,you are then diverted to Last Minute who act as an agent for Tesco.
Tesco,s web site states club points are issued on the holiday,after 10 e mails and a number of telephone calls to Last Minute .com i have still not received the points.
I have contacted Tesco to make them aware how bad Last Minutes customer relations are,they do not want to know.
It has been somewhat funny dealing with Last Minutes team in India,they requested my Tesco club card number in their last e mail,i sent it by return, and then i received an e mail immediately advising they could not discuss the matter no further because i had sent my credit card details,believe it or not this has now happened three times.

Lastminute.com are not reliable in my opinion.
They left us stranded after we had booked and paid for a hotel through them and it wasn't booked and the hotel was full.
And there was no way of getting to them by telephone.
We did eventually get our money back but being stranded in a foreign city with all your baggage is not fun!
