Their server is down? Singular? They got one server? With no hot standby? Suppose they are only a small outfit who can't afford proper IT.
It's an excuse IT guys give the layman who do not understand how full redundancy and back up servers actually work in the real world behind the scenes to mitigate risk to downtime.
I seriously doubt the likes of LTSB have a single web/application server.0 -
