LLoyds TSB Fixed Rate ISA Transfer -- BEWARE

For anybody who may have taken out a Lloyds TSB fixed rate ISA, check your interest rate.
I took out a 2 year fixed rate ISA at 3.7% at the end of May and transferred a prevoius years ISA in.
They told me that the new ISA would be opened as a variable rate ISA and then converted to the fixed rate deal once the money had been transferred.
After a month, the money had arrived but it was still the variable rate isa (approx 2.5%), hence I complained.
It was duly transferred over to the fixed rate deal but I then noticed that it was only 3.2%
I complained again.
They are not changing the rate to 3.7%, they will pay me the difference at the end of each year. !!!!!!
Very dubious goings on at LLoyds TSB, and I just wonder how many others have been caught by this (or don't even know it yet).

Yes had a similar problem, where I got the 3.7% rate, then they dropped the rate to 3.2% for new customers.
This showed up as 3.2% on my internet banking too. Called Lloyds TSB who admitted that there is a "known technical glitch" that I am indeed on the 3.7% rate and put notes on my profile to confirm and said it would get corrected.
Took them about a month, but in the end it now shows as 3.7% One can only hope that this is the rate I've been on all along and have not been on the lower rate whilst all this was happening.0
