Cost for a new front door ?

Hi all
my wooden front door keeps sticking so i am working out how much its going to cost to replace? I am looking for a new door, but the complete surround as well to make it look nice and tidy, I would be replacing with UPVC
Now the only issue i do have is the current door opens against the sill of the internal door, but this is a design flaw that i have lived with. Ideal solution is to take the outer door out a few feet and redo the whole front aspect, but i am thinking thats a whole new cost implication
any ideas and suggestions?
