Best courier / postal service for an umbrella

Which would be the best option for sending a full length umbrella, to the UK. total length is 950mm, that's just the umbrella, so allow a little extra for the packaging.

I'll just wrap it in bubble wrap and protect the curved handle, but need the courier info please.

I would personally use a strong cardboard tube for it as the bubblewrap will not add strength.

Couriers, take your pick but with that length you'll need to look at the max dimensions carefully. You could try gwizz (UPS next day £7.98 + VAT) although this may not be cheapest.

You could send it via Royal Mail standard parcels if the weight is not excessive.
