well on jan 1 about 10pm an item closed aand i paid £6 for delviery
it was a tee, but it was for a mate
not i assumed it wouldve been sent special delviery? as he wasnt a full time seller
or recorde delviery
i waited a week then mailed him
he provided different ates and i think i got my refudn feb1st
he was very harsh in his emails
then said you got your refudn what else you want
i wanted feedback, anyways
my assumption i he bnever sent it insured but juist normal post
which wouldve cost max £1.50
so a fiver he made on postage only
now i believe to leave negative feedback or any other type you have 90days
from 1st jan to tomorrow nigth it wouldve been 90days
now if i was to leave bad feedback can they still leave it for me???
is it worth it???

I'm sorry but I don't really understand your question. What feedback is it that you actually want?
You can leave feedback up to about 90 days but so can the seller.
Again, forgive me if I have misunderstood you, but if you paid the post and packing charge shown on the auction then you agreed to pay that much, the auction usually states whether it is recorded or not. If it doesn't say recorded delivery then it almost certainly isn't.
Excessive post and packing charges are a pain, but if a seller is upfront about them and you believe them to be too high, then don't bid. You can even report them to ebay for fee avoidance if you wanted.
If you want to see inflated post and packing, look at the Nike wristbands where some sellers are asking £3.50 for standard first class post!

I believe it is still possible to leave feedback after 90 days if you manipulate the link and know item number etc. However I don't know how exactly as have never had to!
The bottom line is if you feel you had bad service then you should leave bad feedback to warn other users however you did agree to the p&p charges. If he had said it was being sent recorded delivery and it wasnt then fair enough but if he stated £6 for royal mail 1st class standard then he hasn't really done anything wrong! Good luck whatever you decide to do!

If you leave a negative then you can more than likely expect to receive a negative in return. Unfortunately, whether you are in the right or not, this is one of the downsides of EBay.
Feedback can be sometimes be left after 90 days. Items on the EBay database are removed after 90 days so it is not possible to view or leave feedback on them. However there is sometimes a slight delay in EBay removing the items and it is possible to sneak in a feedback after 90 days.0 -

postage info was

i think that says it all........
i would leave it, cos if you left a neg..... no one would see it and the seller would probably give you a neg as well..
seeing as you have had a refund of the full amount, then you arent really out of pocket... just the hassle i supposesmile --- it makes people wonder what you are up to....
