I was looking at the Priority Club Rewards Visa on the Barclaycard website, and it say's thats it is most suited to those with "good" credit history. What do Barclaycard class as "good" history ?
It's strange with me and Barclaycard, I've done the pre-application a few times to which it say's you don't qualify for any cards, yet 2 weeks ago I got a letter pre-approving me for the Initial card, yet a few nights ago the pre-app said you don't qualify for any card haha.
I can't understand whats going on, and I don't want to waste an application.
Thanks.

Pre-approval isn't worth the paper it's printed on imho. Not sure how accurate the pre-application check that BC does it but I would probably take that over the letter. If it says you don't qualify then I would say it's almost certain that you would be declined automatically by the computer.
I would spend a few more months just working on establishing a good credit history:
1) Ensure that you're on the electoral roll at your parents address.
2) Keep spending on your current card and paying off in full each month - use it for all spending, replacing your debit card (not cash advances though)
3) Get a cheap mobile contract if you're currently on PAYG (this counts as a credit account and will be better for your record).0
