Holiday abroad for 35 people

Hi everyone, i have been tasked to book a holiday abroad for the lads in our football team for next june. They are all a good set of lads and should behave themselves. The question is which would be the best route to book something like this? Do you just go into a few travel agents and get them to compete for a good price? Are there specialist companies that cater for this? if so who? Im not confident enough to do this online myself as i fear i may make a mistake. Would we be better booking a couple of villas or all try get in the same hotel, anyway we are looking at Benidorm next year in June probably something like a friday fly out return tuesday from Leeds/Bradford. Any tips or advice/guidence is much appreciated, Thanks.

Look at Group Bookings with Jet 2 holidays. They book you in hotel or appt together, so you should be near each other, also seats will be booked as one group. Names are only required 5 weeks before travelling, as you know someone always can't make it!
Good flight times from Leeds Bradford too. If you don't fancy booking online, there is a freephone number for you too use. Hope this helps.

sorry don't know any details, but there are specialist companies that organise football trips abroad. My son organised a football club trip to Spain, which included matches against two or three local teams, in between the drinking ;)

sure there's loads of info on Google

Problem with this sort of thing is it is you who will carry the can if one of them decides he can't/won't come and refuses to pay his cancellation charges

    Tread warily

Fairly simple, full money by a certain date [the booking date] or your name is off the list.
Never had any troubles that way with our annual club trip

Thanks again peeps, Marshallmellow your welcome to join us if you want:wink:. I cant see non payers being a problem as ill set a date sometime for November after getting a price and telling them everyone must tip up before booking date. Anyone after that date can make their own way there. Great idea for a game out there, im sure there must be an ex pats team somewhere close.
