Can anyone recommend a hotel near legoland?

Can any fellow money savers recommend a hotel near legoland? we are only staying for one night, hoping to go in 3-4 weeks time, two adults two kids. Any help appreciated!

We stayed at the Travelodge in Slough. I can't remember how long it took us to get to Legoland from there, but I do remember it was cheap as chips!

not if you are on a budget lol. had an email to say they are offering kids go free july &august now. we have stayed at park farm b&b. heathrow marriott on ditton road,slough. courtyard marriott in chalvey .ramada jarvis in ascot and bracknell hilton.

You could look at the Devere hotel at Sunningdale as they often do deals for family rooms at weekends (they don't do family rooms weekdays due to training courses it seems). It is about 15 minutes drive from Legoland and has really nice grounds with wildlife in it and a heated outdoor swimming pool. I would stay the Friday night as the swimming pool was shut on the Saturday we stayed there due to a wedding in the manor house. There is a nice pool house for changing in that has towels supplied for the pool. When we stayed there kids ate breakfast free and it was a good buffet style one.

Travelodge at Staines or Slough. We've stayed at Heston Services too, which is usually included in the cheapest offers. Not a wonderful site, but cheap.
