Can this website 'prove' I watched video's from it's site or have to pay charges?

    Yes, especially when you realised that the card was no longer valid, perhaps you thought you would get away with the payment. But now they have caught up with outstanding debts and are billing you.

    It is kinda your fault, however my PayPal let me use an expired card for 6 months, to be fair they do have. Backup card as well, I'd say it's an admin charge and prob stated in there terms and conditions so you will prob have to pay :(

    It's all in dollars and the minimum to add is $10, which is £6.50. Learn from my mistake,lol

    It was a direct debit charge. Not my problem :p

    You obviously have made your mind not to pay it. So dont
    but beware as this could eventually be a black mark against your credit history as small amounts can really spiral when they add the fees to chase you down
