Nationwide Flexaccount ins medical screening

I am thinking of changing to a Nationwide Flex account to take advantage for the travel ins but my husband has angina, high blood pressure and high colestral.
I can't find out how much extra the medical screening will add on to the policy, they won't let me have any info unless I take up the flex account, I can't make an informed decision with the info I have.
Anyone have any ideas how I can find out the info I need?
