Hi
I have an hotmail account which i have used for business emails over the past few years. Is there any easy way i can download all these in a simple or quick way so i can save them for future archiving? (preferably not printing each as pdf as there are a few hundered emails)
thanks

On my hotmail, I set up a folder called 'storage' - it has messages in there from 2005.
Won't that do?
Alternatively, you could probably set your mail reader to d/l them all and save them there??0 -
You need to use an email client such as outlook to access hotmail via POP. You can then export your emails into a single file for backup.
Have a read at this to find out what clients you can use and the config settings ;

A 'meal reader' is an edible version of a mail readerwhich is a program you use to d/l (which stands for download) your e mails onto your computer.
Thunderbird and Windoze Live Mail are examples of free mail readers
Micro$oft Outlook is a paid for mail reader (part of M$ Office)
