What paint for woodwork

Thanks to you guys for the previous replies to my post regarding paint for after plastering.

My plastering has been done and the guy has done an astounding job. He really was a superb plasterer even though he was delayed by 3 days. I haven't put a dehumidifier near it and it is drying beautifully

Next job will be to paint the door facings and skirtings. I am really don't want gloss paint as I am veering away from that look and intend to move toewards an eggshell or satinwood finish.

Can you knowledgeable folks out there advise what paint would be best and what to avoid with regards to the dreaded yellowing. It is white paint that I am looking for

Thanks in advance
