Bereavement allowance is part of your taxable income, so does the person claiming have to contact the inland revenue?
or they will adjust tax themselves?
and even WITH the Bereavement Allowance + their salary,
if they are still under the basic rate tax band.(total yearly income).
...then Nothing should change, in terms of paying tax, should it ?
