When applying for Bereavement benefits,
how many weeks do they take, minimum, to get back to you with a decision and also time taking, to pay you the money??

I know this depends on many factors, and is different for each person. but a rough time?
(lets assume all paperwork, and certificates are sent in, and are fine - no need to resend anything)

Mum passed away on 19th may, and Dad received bereavement allowance on 10th July, so about 6 to 7 weeks.
