    Does ticking the option "Do not show me the warning for this program again" not help?

    I have not tried because I thought it may allow them to open web content using this program on your computer even if it may do harm.

    It should be ok so long as you keep them updated - Otherwise you'll just have to live with the warnings and deal with them on a case by case basis.
