Hi i applied for a DRO in April 2010, my term period finished April 2011, however i am still facing problems with it in regards to my credit file. companies that were on the dro are still showing that i am defaulting on my payments, others are showing on my file that were in the dro but when i ring to sort it they have no record of me on their file. And i have just found out that i have a ccj i had no knowledge of as it was sent to an old address the amount is in my dro, according to Yorkshire water they tried contacting me but failed(how when i transferred my account from the old address to a new one ere go they had a cintact address) according to them i cant contest the ccj and i am to ride it out for the next three years. please help i want to clean up my file and i seem to have more problems than i started with in 2010

You can apply for the ccj to be set aside as you had 'a defence with a reasonable prospect of success'.

I'd be inclined to do that just to prove the water company wrong.
You have been unlucky, by the sound of it.0
