but no in my contract there is no exit fee and the estate agent confirms this.
In my contract there is not mention to "renewal fee is payable for as long as the tenants, that the agency introduced, remain in the property."
This is what the estate agent says is mentions but I let him notice that in my T&C this frase is not present.
In my contract there in renewals :" The rent managed fee is payable for the duration of the agreement, and any subsequent continuations to the Agreement, or any tenant changeovers within the ter of the Agreement.
This is why I tought that Agrement meant "contract" (a new paper") and not Periodic tenancy. I talk to a solicitor that said that the contract was very doggy....and unclear....
If it's unclear for him, imagine for me!!
