Do you play by the rules – which of these ‘naughty things’ have you done?
The following are a list of common misdemeanors, many are criminal and fraud, how many have you done?
Been paid cash in hand – without declaring it
Paid someone cash in hand – assuming they won’t declare it
Claimed expenses that weren’t for work – eg, taxi receipts
Bought counterfeit goods – handbags, DVDs, videos, games, etc
Downloaded illegally – eg, music, films, games
Eaten ‘taster’ grapes/pick ‘n’ mix – without permission or paying
Bought clothes to ‘wear & return’ – keeping tags intact for refund
Clipped a car and driven off – without leaving a note or owning up
Lied on your CV – misleading potential employers to get a job
Shill-bid on eBay – using mates or 2nd account to boost bidding
Lied to blag a concession – claiming to be younger/older for discount
Moved a reduced sticker – to get a reduction on a non-reduced item
Put false ‘extras’ on insurance claims – so you wrongly get more
Been a fare dodger – avoiding or underpaying rail or bus fares
Nicked stuff from shops - without ever paying for it

None of those are 'naughty'. 'Naughty' is sticking your tongue out at your boss as she sashays off down the corridor, not stealing from the company via expenses.
The majority of them will get you a criminal record.
No thanks. And I'm not some holier than thou person, I think they are just stupid things to do as the consequences of being found out aren't somebody saying to you 'oh, you are awful!' and giggling, it's somebody saying to you 'I am arresting you on suspicion of.....'.
So perhaps the rather daft title should be replaced with 'Do you commit criminal offences?'I could dream to wide extremes, I could do or die: I could yawn and be withdrawn and watch the world go by.Yup you are officially Rock n Roll0 -

I wrote the title deliberately. If we'd done your title, people wouldn't look at the poll as many of them dont think they're crimes. Instead we went for 'naughty' then explained that many of them were crimes in the sub-line. The interesting thing is how many people are answering yes to so many!Martin Lewis, Money Saving Expert.
