Do you mean pay a reduced figure lower than the statement balance?
Very unlikely.
The only time that this is sometimes possible is when a person is already is a reduced payment plan and has already defaulted on the credit agreeement - in those circumstances they will sometimes accept a reduced full & final settlement offer or if for example you have been made redundant and can demonstrate you will be unable to keep up with repayments in the future (although they would likely

There is a factsheet on the National Debtline website about such offers. I agree though that the chance is small if you haven't yet defaulted for some time.Still rolling rolling rolling......
