Hi
Does anyone have any email contacts for someone at On The Beach, (or a direct phone number to someone in customer services) I have been trying to phone them for days and am always 10th in the que and never move from 10th even after an hour waiting :mad:
I have gone through the request system on line and have had no response after a week!

Have you made a booking with them? Try putting their number into saynoto0870 and see if they come up with another number.

Unfortunately yes we have already booked, we have been trying to get through to make an amendment, we have a freephone number and a 0161 number as well as the premium rate number and cannot get through on any of them !
since booking I have read lots of horror stories and am really concerned now that i cant get through0 -
Have you tried ' manage my booking'? There is a virtual assistant, there may be the answer to your question there.0

Yes I have tried the virtual assistant and also sent a request in 'manage my booking' with no response from them

We booked with them a few weeks ago. For a 5 night stay in Tenerife they came out £100 cheaper than anyone else for the same place. They can be slow in answering emails, you have to go into MMB and check, they don't send you a personal email, BUT, we had no problem with our booking being honoredThe common law of business balance prohibits paying a little and getting a lot. If you deal with the lowest bidder, it is well to add something for the risk you run, and if you do that you will have enough to pay for something better.0

We used them a couple of years ago for a weeks holiday in Greece. Never had a moments bother! Was very surprised to read all the negative feedback oh here. Would think twice about using them a second time as the impression I get is that we were probably a little lucky.0
